Our Story
Leeut Construction business was founded in 1995, from South Korea. The name of business was originally called 'Green Hill American Style Homes' back then. We took pride in creating American-style homes that are as beautiful to look at as they are comfortable to live in. We built homes. We built communities.
The business continued its journey abroad to the USA. We renamed the business to Leeut Design, Inc. in 2005 - the word 'Leeut' means 'Neighborbood' in Korean. Our mission is to build high quality homes and commercial buildings of a neighborhood, and in the neighborhoods that create your community.
Today, Leeut Design, Inc. or Leeut Construction became a leader in custom homes and commercial buildings, new construction & remodeling from small to large projects.
